Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

For bulk orders, customized garments, or made-to-order products, processing time may be longer and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to promotional terms and may change without prior notice.

  • Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
